These terms govern purchases made on www.projectrescueocean.org by PROJECT RESCUE OCEAN (French non-profit), including merchandise and membership kits.

1. Products Offered for Sale

• Products include merchandise (t-shirts, bottles, etc.) and NGO membership kits.
• Each product is clearly described on the website.

2. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these GTCS. An order confirmation will be sent to the buyer by email.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Payment

Payment is secured via our online service providers. Orders are confirmed only after payment validation.

5. Shipping

• France: Shipped within 5 working days.
• Europe: Shipped within 10 working days.
• Worldwide: Shipped within 15 working days.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
• Products must be in perfect condition. Return costs are at your expense.
